Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Founders Program

Founders Program purchases are non-refundable. This is due to:

• Exclusive lifetime benefits included
• Significantly discounted pricing
• Immediate access to all features
• Locked-in pricing for life

Founders retain their benefits and pricing for life, even as regular prices increase.

2. Subscription Services

Monthly Subscriptions:

• Can be cancelled at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months
• Access continues until the end of the paid period

Annual Subscriptions:

• Can be cancelled, but no prorated refunds are provided
• Access continues until the end of the annual period
• Refund requests within 30 days may be considered by RMA Ops

3. VLX Tokens

VLX tokens are non-refundable digital currency for use within the Vellunox platform.

• Tokens never expire
• Tokens can be used for any Vellunox service
• Unused tokens remain in your account
• Tokens cannot be exchanged for cash

4. Business Formation Services

• State Filing Fees: Non-refundable (paid directly to government agencies)
• Vellunox Service Fees: May be refunded if your application is denied by the state
• EIN applications are free and non-refundable

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

1. Submit your request within 30 days of purchase
2. Email support@vellunox.com with:
   • Your account email
   • Order/transaction ID
   • Reason for refund request
3. Our RMA Ops AI Team will review your request
4. You will receive a response within 5-7 business days

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are:

• Processed within 5-10 business days
• Issued to the original payment method
• Subject to payment processor timelines

7. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted in exceptional circumstances:

• Service outages affecting your use for extended periods
• Billing errors on our part
• Legal requirements in your jurisdiction
